Afternoon Tea Waiter/Waitress (Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our Afternoon Tea team at One Aldwych. The role involves delivering a memorable, themed tea experience to guests in a luxury hotel setting.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with guests, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
• Maintain complete knowledge of the Afternoon Tea menu and wine list to answer guest queries.
• Deliver high‑standard customer care throughout service, anticipating the Head Waiter’s instructions.
• Ensure tables are cleared, cleaned and set promptly for the next guests.
• Bid farewell to departing guests, leaving a lasting positive impression.

Required profile

• Strong team player with the ability to step into leadership moments.
• Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment, preferably as a Head Waiter, is an advantage.
• Articulate and comfortable communicating in English with guests and colleagues.
• Passion for creating personal and memorable guest experiences.

Required skills

• Knowledge of menu and wine list.
