Join Kyriba, a global leader in Fintech, and play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless daily operations of our Staines-upon-Thames office. As an Office and Administrative Assistant, you will be the heartbeat of our local site, providing essential support to multiple departments and contributing to a vibrant corporate culture.
Missions principales
- Office Management: Ensure smooth daily operations, including reception, mail handling, office cleanliness, and supply management.
- Operational Support: Assist the Global Facilities, Procurement, and Travel teams with administrative tasks and coordination.
- Procurement & Logistics: Manage purchase orders and maintain efficient inventory levels for office supplies.
- Event Coordination: Organize internal company events to foster employee engagement and team cohesion.
- Corporate Initiatives: Contribute to Employer Branding activities and support Health & Safety (H&S) protocols.
Profil recherché
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an office management or administrative role.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively in both English and French.
- Highly organized professional with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive mindset with a service-oriented approach to support diverse teams.
Competences requises
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) and French.
- Proficiency in office management software and procurement processes.
- Strong organizational and event planning skills.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety and Employer Branding principles is a plus.
