Office & Creative Content Assistant (Eyewear Brand)

About the role

We are looking for an organised, reliable and creative individual to support the day‑to‑day operations of our London‑based eyewear brands. The role blends office administration with social media content creation, giving you hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving fashion environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with general office admin, sample organisation and filing of creative assets.
• Support customer enquiries, sales administration and preparation of parcels for appointments or events.
• Create and schedule social media content for Instagram, TikTok and other channels.
• Take product photos, edit videos and keep visual content organised.
• Help plan photoshoots, campaign launches and contribute fresh, on‑brand content ideas.

Required profile

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable handling practical office tasks in a busy environment.
• Good eye for aesthetics, trends and visual storytelling.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn across different business areas.
