About the role
We are looking for a friendly, organised onsite event assistant to help run a Filipino food event at Kasa & Kin in London on Thursday 26 November. The role is for a single day, supporting the smooth execution of the event from 2 pm to 7 pm.
Key responsibilities
- Manage guest check‑in and welcome attendees as they arrive.
- Act as the main point of contact with the venue team throughout the day.
- Coordinate and hand out giveaways at the end of the event.
Required profile
- Previous experience as an event assistant, preferably with front‑of‑house or guest check‑in duties.
- Warm, confident manner with guests and comfortable liaising with venue staff.
- Organised, practical and happy to get involved with logistics.
