Kitchen Team Leader

About the role

As a Kitchen Team Leader you will lead by example, ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly and every dish meets the highest standards. You will support and motivate your team to work together efficiently during busy service periods.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present food according to specifications and customer expectations.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Deputise for management, resolving issues in their absence.
• Organise and coordinate the team during busy service to ensure seamless operation.

Required profile

• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen and support the team.
• Passion for delivering tasty, well‑presented meals consistently.
• Strong communication in spoken and written English for safety and allergen control.
• Flexibility to think on your feet and adapt to challenges during service.

Required skills

• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety regulations.
• Experience in food preparation and presentation.
