Operations Lead – Digital Fundraising Startup

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Lead to join a fast‑growing digital fundraising platform that has already processed over £20 million in donations. Reporting directly to the founders, you will help scale operational systems, optimise no‑code automations and manage key partner relationships, ensuring the bridge between technical development and real‑world impact.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimise scalable workflows for onboarding, compliance and payout operations using AI‑assisted and no‑code tools.
• Translate customer pain points into product improvements and platform requirements, acting as the liaison between technical and non‑technical teams.
• Manage complex financial and platform operations, including data reconciliation with payment processors to guarantee reliability.
• Maintain and enhance partner relationships with charities and strategic partners.

Required profile

• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset comfortable working in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.
• Ability to switch between high‑level strategy and hands‑on execution.
• Excellent communication skills for managing stakeholder relationships.
