Painter & Decorator – Whitburn Project

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Painter & Decorator to join a short‑term project in Whitburn, Bathgate. The role starts on Monday 27 April 2026 and runs for one week, with the possibility of extension. You will work on‑site, eight hours a day, at a competitive hourly rate of £21.00.

Key responsibilities

• Perform steel painting tasks using a boom lift.
• Apply protective mist coatings to surfaces as required.
• Prepare and clean work areas, ensuring safety standards are met.
• Collaborate with the site team to meet project deadlines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in painting and decorating, particularly in industrial or construction environments.
• Ability to operate a boom lift safely and efficiently.
• Flexibility to work the full eight‑hour shift with unpaid breaks.
