Personal Shopper – Retail Team Member

About the role

Join Tesco as a Personal Shopper at the Salisbury Extra store. You will be the face of the store, helping customers enjoy a smooth and friendly shopping experience while handling product picking and replenishment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve customers with passion, providing natural and knowledgeable service.
• Pick and replenish items across the store, ensuring shelves are stocked.
• Handle product deliveries and maintain product quality.
• Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events.
• Follow health, safety and store policies at all times.

• Ability to build rapport with shoppers and create a welcoming atmosphere.

Required skills

What we offer

• Hourly rate starting at £13.28 (up to £14.55 for certain locations).
• Minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with part‑time options down to 12 hours.
