About the role
We are seeking an End User Consultant to join Routeco’s UK team, supporting the regional sales function and driving business development across our industrial automation and control product portfolio. You will act as the key interface between our customers, Rockwell partners and Routeco’s end‑user program, ensuring safe, timely delivery of solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with end‑users and key Rockwell contacts.
- Promote the full range of Routeco and Rockwell products and services, targeting small‑ to medium‑size customers.
- Utilise CRM tools to capture activity, generate accurate reports and track revenue performance.
- Drive digitalisation initiatives, including networking, cyber‑security, data‑analytics and robotic/cobot solutions.
- Support site standardisation, specification, infrastructure and security upgrades, and operating software implementations.
- Identify new business opportunities, scope ecosystem partners and contribute to the project funnel.

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage workloads against delivery dates.
