Pharmacist AI Trainer – Remote, High Pay

About the role

Prolific is seeking licensed pharmacists to join its Domain Expert network and help train cutting‑edge artificial‑intelligence models used in healthcare. This remote, freelance position allows you to work from home, completing short, focused tasks that evaluate and improve AI‑generated pharmaceutical advice.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated responses to medication‑related scenarios and rate them for accuracy, safety, and clinical reasoning.
• Compare multiple model outputs and justify the best answer based on current pharmacy standards.
• Create improved exemplars, rationales, or structured feedback to guide model learning.

Required profile

• Current, good‑standing pharmacy licence (PharmD, RPh, or equivalent) with recent experience in retail, clinical, or hospital pharmacy.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on complex medical data for up to one hour.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, a computer, and a PayPal account for payments.
• Willingness to self‑declare earnings as a self‑employed participant.

Required skills

• Pharmaceutical knowledge of drug interactions, dosing, and therapeutic reasoning.
