About the role
The Pharmacy Administration & Meetings Specialist will provide essential administrative support to the Pharmacy/Medicines Management Team, ensuring smooth processing of FP10 prescriptions and effective coordination of meetings and events. This role combines office‑based duties with remote work, offering a flexible environment within a NHS Trust.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the processing and documentation of FP10 prescriptions.
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the pharmacy team.
- Organise, schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, including minute‑taking.
- Support the planning and delivery of pharmacy‑related events and training sessions.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with NHS policies.
Required profile
- Pro‑active administrator with strong interpersonal and organisational abilities.
- Right to work in the United Kingdom.
- Experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is advantageous.
- Ability to work both remotely and on‑site as required.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
