About the role
We are seeking a Planning Solicitor at Associate or Senior Associate level to join our highly‑ranked planning and environment team in Exeter. The role involves working on infrastructure, regeneration, residential and commercial development projects for public and private clients.
Key responsibilities
- Negotiate and draft planning and infrastructure agreements, including Section 106 and Section 278 provisions.
- Advise clients on planning applications, strategy and development risk.
- Support national infrastructure projects and development consent orders.
- Collaborate with the real‑estate team on development projects.
Required profile
- Qualified solicitor with experience in planning law.
- At least 2 years post‑qualification experience (flexible).
- Ability to work at associate or senior associate level.
