Premium Admin Executive

About the role

The Premium Admin Executive supports the Commercial Team by handling inbound premium sales enquiries, processing ticket allocations and ensuring a seamless booking experience for premium and away ticket holders. You will act as a key liaison between customers, internal departments and the Premium Sales Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full booking process for premium sales enquiries, including clear follow‑up communication.
• Process premium and away ticket allocations and update FAQs in the system.
• Respond to Zendesk enquiries and maintain accurate premium information.
• Chase and process outstanding payments using accounts reports in line with club procedures.
• Support match‑day premium administration – client lists, table plans, dietary requirements and ticket coordination.
• Assist the Premium Sales Manager with sales initiatives, reporting, business development, digital updates and monitoring match availability.
• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through pre‑ and post‑match communication and feedback collection.
• Ensure all bookings are recorded accurately, meet KPIs and comply with GDPR and data‑protection requirements.

Required profile

• Previous experience in administration, customer service, sales support or hospitality.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and build strong internal and external relationships.
• Professional, proactive attitude and clear understanding of GDPR and confidential information handling.
• Basic DBS clearance from Sunderland AFC.
