Principal Recruiter

About the role

EVONA is seeking an experienced Principal Recruiter to lead recruitment delivery within its U.S. market vertical. You will own end‑to‑end hiring processes for engineering, software and technology roles, working directly with founders and senior stakeholders in the fast‑moving space sector.

Key responsibilities

• Own recruitment delivery for your market vertical, from brief to offer and start.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships with founders and senior leaders.
• Develop and sustain a strong network of relevant candidates.
• Contribute to recruitment standards, ways of working and team performance.
• Develop your personal brand to become the go‑to recruiter within your vertical.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in agency or search recruitment.
• Background recruiting into engineering, software or technology roles.
• Experience working with startups or small businesses.
• Comfortable managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
• Confident engaging directly with founders and senior stakeholders.
• Commercially minded and delivery‑focused.
