Procurement Manager

About the role

The Ascott Limited UK Corporate Office is looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to join its European procurement team. Reporting to the Procurement Director, Europe, you will manage the purchase of goods and services that keep the Group's hotels and serviced residences running smoothly across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Execute purchasing activities to ensure timely availability of goods and services at the right cost, quality and delivery standards.
• Develop and implement purchasing strategies that deliver measurable cost savings and long‑term value.
• Lead operational tendering processes (RFQs/RFPs), evaluate supplier proposals and negotiate commercial terms, pricing and contracts.
• Manage supplier relationships, maintain approved supplier lists, conduct KPI reviews and resolve issues to ensure continuity of supply.
• Analyse purchasing data, market trends and supplier performance to identify efficiencies and mitigate risk.
• Oversee purchase order processing, inventory planning, lead times and delivery performance.
• Ensure compliance with procurement standards, sustainability commitments, company policies and financial controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• 8‑10 years of end‑to‑end purchasing experience, preferably in the hospitality sector.
• Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).
• Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Analytical, research and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with integration activities and change management.

Required skills

• Proficiency with procurement systems.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP platforms, preferably Oracle Fusion.
