About the role
We are seeking motivated Sales Managers to lead our Regional Sales Offices (RSOs) for a portfolio of hotels. The role involves driving revenue growth across multiple locations in Europe, Africa and India, working closely with hotel departments and external clients.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase hotel bookings and revenue.
- Identify new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships.
- Collaborate with reservations, marketing, operations and finance teams to align sales initiatives with overall business goals.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to pinpoint growth areas.
- Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the hospitality sector.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong prospecting skills and ability to build lasting customer relationships.
- Experience selling national and international hotel brands from the candidate’s operating city.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
