Production Operative – Manufacturing (6‑month Temp)

About the role

Our client is seeking dedicated Production Operatives to join a fast‑moving manufacturing team in Hedge End. You will work on a day shift assembling and testing a range of products and sub‑assemblies, ensuring each item meets strict quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble various products and sub‑assemblies according to detailed work instructions.
• Perform functional testing to verify product performance and compliance.
• Record production data accurately and maintain up‑to‑date logs.
• Meet daily and weekly production targets while adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Identify and report any quality issues or equipment faults promptly.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to follow precise instructions and maintain accurate records.
