Production Operator – Specialist Paint Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a Production Operator to join our specialist paint manufacturing team in Reading. You will work on a modern production line, ensuring high‑quality paint blends are produced efficiently and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Mix paints accurately following standard formulas or creating bespoke blends for customers.
• Support colour‑matching activities to achieve consistent, reliable results.
• Operate and maintain production machinery to keep the line running smoothly.
• Monitor stock levels and prepare materials so production is never delayed.
• Follow all safety procedures when handling chemicals, resins and fumes.
• Maintain a clean, organised, audit‑ready workspace.
