Program Manager – OEM Licence Programs in Aerospace

About the role

Our client seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead OEM licence programs within a global aerospace environment. You will be responsible for ensuring program profitability, coordinating international teams, and supporting business development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage OEM licence contracts and monitor program profitability.
• Coordinate cross‑functional and international teams to deliver on schedule.
• Support business development and drive customer growth.
• Lead negotiations, pricing, and other commercial activities.
• Monitor program performance, quality, cost, and delivery.
• Support industrialisation, audits, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in program or project management within aerospace or industrial sectors.
• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
