Project Management Specialist (Remote, Part‑time)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Management Specialist to work remotely on a part‑time basis. You will partner with AI development teams to shape project planning, resource allocation, and risk management practices that feed directly into our AI training pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI engineers to provide expert insights on project scheduling and resource distribution.
• Develop and review AI training materials that capture best‑practice project management across multiple industries.
• Translate complex project scenarios into clear, data‑rich examples for AI model improvement.
• Lead client‑facing interactions to ensure alignment on goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Articulate effective team leadership, prioritisation, and stakeholder communication for inclusion in AI learning modules.
• Continuously evaluate AI outputs for relevance, accuracy, and practical value.

Required profile

• Proven end‑to‑end project management experience across diverse industries and project sizes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts.
• Demonstrated success in managing cross‑functional teams.
• Strong organisational and analytical abilities, including budget and resource management.
• Expertise in risk assessment, mitigation, and adaptive planning in dynamic environments.
