Customer Success Manager – UK (French Speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of UK‑based customers, delivering end‑to‑end implementations and ongoing support for our Data Permissioning Platform. The role requires fluency in English and French and a strong focus on driving value and adoption for SaaS customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own a regional book of customers through the full implementation lifecycle, from solution design to onboarding and adoption.
• Lead configuration, integration and deployment activities, ensuring timely time‑to‑value.
• Provide post‑go‑live support in collaboration with the broader CS team, maintaining customer health and driving retention and expansion.
• Translate product usage data into business outcomes and contribute to quarterly business reviews.
• Act as a technical escalation point, working with Product and Engineering to resolve issues and improve the platform.
• Offer ad‑hoc, in‑timezone support to minimize downtime and meet service‑level agreements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in customer success, professional services, solutions consulting or a similar technical customer‑facing role at a cloud/SaaS company.
• Background in a US‑based early‑stage B2B SaaS environment.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
