Project Manager – Industrial & Logistics Projects (Central England)

About the role

We are seeking experienced Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to join a leading independent construction and property consultancy. The role involves delivering large‑scale industrial, logistics and distribution centre projects across Central England.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from feasibility through to completion and post‑handover.
• Oversee high‑volume industrial and distribution centre programmes.
• Attend client and site meetings across multiple projects.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation.
• Control project costs from scope definition to final account.
• Support procurement, contract administration and programme delivery.
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants and contractors.

Required profile

• Experience delivering industrial, logistics or distribution centre projects (preferred).
• Background in consultancy or client‑side project management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Well‑organised, commercially aware and proactive.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Required skills

• Knowledge of NEC contracts.
• Knowledge of JCT contracts.
