Project Manager – Wellness Site Rollout (Hybrid, London)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the rollout of multiple wellness‑focused sites across London. This hybrid position combines strategic oversight with hands‑on delivery, ensuring each new location is launched on time, within budget, and to a high operational standard.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of site fit‑out and launch projects across London.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers, landlords, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
• Drive projects to completion against agreed timelines and opening dates.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and resource allocation to maximise efficiency and value.
• Identify and proactively mitigate project risks and delays.
• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders throughout each phase.
• Ensure compliance with operational, quality, and health‑and‑safety standards.
• Oversee project reporting, milestone tracking, and status updates.
• Support successful handover and launch of each new site.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing commercial fit‑out or multi‑site rollout projects.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Experience working with contractors, vendors, and operational teams.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑moving environment.
• Detail‑oriented with a solutions‑focused approach.
• Willingness to travel regularly to sites across London.
