Architectural Façade Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an Architectural Façade Consultant with deep expertise in heritage preservation and modern façade systems. The successful candidate will support both historic and contemporary projects, providing design guidance, technical specifications, and on‑site assessments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client and design‑team meetings to define façade requirements.
• Develop detailed CAD drawings for traditional and modern masonry façades.
• Prepare specification documents, condition reports, and technical reports.
• Conduct site visits, attend construction meetings, and assess façade conditions.
• Advise on modern methods of construction (MMC) and heritage conservation best practices.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in architectural façade design and heritage preservation.
• Proven ability to produce high‑quality technical documentation and reports.
• Strong communication skills for client interaction and team coordination.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CAD software for façade drawing production.
