Property Manager

About the role

Join Leaders, an award‑winning property group, as a Property Manager in Camberley. You will be the main point of contact for tenants and landlords, ensuring a smooth tenancy experience from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent telephone and written communication throughout the tenancy.
• Accept and triage tenants' maintenance requests, resolve issues or coordinate with landlords and contractors.
• Update all parties regularly via phone, email or text and log notes.
• Make regular well‑being calls to landlords and ensure compliance and legislation are met.
• Coordinate property inspections, check‑out processes and manage non‑managed deposits.
• Work with the team to ensure works are completed, invoiced within 21 days and communicated to customers.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional telephone manner.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Full UK driving licence.
