Real Estate Graduate – Valuation & Restructuring

About the role

Join K3 Advisory Group's Graduate Programme as a Real Estate Graduate in London. You will work within the Valuation and Restructuring team, gaining hands‑on experience in property valuation, restructuring and advisory services while progressing towards MRICS accreditation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing formal property valuations for loan security, recovery and restructuring purposes.
• Support senior surveyors and directors with inspections, market research and report writing.
• Contribute to advisory projects for lenders, administrators and receivers dealing with distressed real estate assets.
• Analyse property data, market trends and financial information to produce accurate valuations and recommendations.
• Assist with property disposals and asset‑management strategies arising from insolvency cases.
• Participate actively in APC training, logging experience and developing skills required for MRICS accreditation.

Required profile

• Degree in Real Estate, Property or a related RICS‑accredited discipline.
• Strong interest in property valuation, restructuring and insolvency advisory work.
• Excellent analytical, numerical and report‑writing abilities with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client relationship building.
• Highly motivated, proactive and able to work independently as well as within a team.
• Commitment to completing the APC and achieving MRICS status.
