QC Coordinator

About the role

The QC Coordinator is responsible for safeguarding product quality across De Beers London’s jewellery range. Working within the specialist Quality Control team, you will ensure that every piece meets technical, craftsmanship and compliance standards while supporting smooth stock flow through the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑quality product inspections across all jewellery categories.
• Maintain accurate product data, certifications and quality details in internal systems.
• Coordinate with Logistics and internal teams to ensure proper processing, storage and handling of stock.
• Identify quality issues, escalate concerns and propose corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as hallmarking and Chain of Custody requirements.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Workshops and suppliers to resolve quality queries.
• Support the QC Manager with quality reporting and analysis.
• Assist with operational and administrative processes within the QC function.

• Provide clear, structured insights on quality and compliance issues.
• Work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
