About the role
We are seeking a confident and professional Receptionist, Call Centre Agent and Telesales Agent to join our busy London‑based law firm. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling enquiries, booking appointments and supporting business development in a fast‑paced legal environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to client enquiries with a professional telephone manner.
- Book appointments, manage consultation schedules and perform front‑desk duties.
- Follow up leads, convert enquiries into appointments and support telesales activities.
- Update the CRM and internal systems accurately and maintain client records.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the legal team.
- Deliver excellent client care while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
- Professional, organised and motivated attitude.
- Previous experience in reception, call centre, telesales, customer service or administration preferred.
- Law‑firm experience is advantageous but not essential.
