Customer Relations Agent

About the role

Join Teya’s Customer Operations team to provide world‑class support to small merchants across Europe. You will be the first point of contact, helping merchants understand and use Teya’s payment and software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle high volumes of inbound calls, emails and web chats from merchants.
• Resolve queries, questions and escalations quickly and professionally.
• Educate merchants about Teya products and services.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Meet quality and productivity KPIs.
• Identify recurring issues and share insights with senior management.

Required profile

• Experience in inbound customer service or technical support is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, even under pressure.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Empathetic, patient and driven to deliver outstanding service.
• Team player who can collaborate and support colleagues.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
