About the role
Join De Vere Horsley Estate as a Receptionist and become the friendly first point of contact for our guests. You will deliver exceptional service, anticipate guest needs, and help create memorable stays.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures.
- Handle guest enquiries and requests promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate guest records using the property management system.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Work flexible shift patterns, including early, middle, and late shifts, and weekends on a rota basis.
Required profile
- Previous experience in hospitality or a similar guest‑facing role.
- Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.
- Punctuality, reliability, and a genuine, warm attitude.
- Comfort with using IT software; training on specific systems will be provided.
Required skills
- Opera (property management system)
What we offer
- £12.71 per hour.
