Receptionist – Guest Experience Specialist

About the role

Join De Vere Horsley Estate as a Receptionist and become the friendly first point of contact for our guests. You will deliver exceptional service, anticipate guest needs, and help create memorable stays.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Handle guest enquiries and requests promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate guest records using the property management system.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Work flexible shift patterns, including early, middle, and late shifts, and weekends on a rota basis.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality or a similar guest‑facing role.
• Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.
• Punctuality, reliability, and a genuine, warm attitude.
• Comfort with using IT software; training on specific systems will be provided.
