Recruiter – Talent Acquisition for Consulting Professionals

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and drive the hiring of top‑tier consulting professionals across accounting, advisory, and technology services. The role combines strategic sourcing, full‑cycle recruitment, and brand advocacy to deliver a high‑touch candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for experienced hires in Accounting Advisory, Business Transformation, Risk Advisory, Cybersecurity, Transaction Services, Valuation, and Tax.
• Partner with hiring leaders to define talent needs and craft customized sourcing strategies.
• Build proactive pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever, and other recruiting platforms.
• Analyze recruiting metrics such as time‑to‑fill, offer acceptance rates, and sourcing effectiveness.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to promote CFGI’s employer brand across digital and in‑person channels.
• Ensure equitable, compliant hiring practices in partnership with HR and business leaders.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, including at least 2 years in agency recruiting.
• Proven success recruiting within accounting, finance, or professional services; Big 4 alumni experience is a strong plus.
• Highly organized, results‑driven, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
