Regional Learning Director – Europe (Co‑lead)

About the role

The International Schools Partnership (ISP) is seeking a second Regional Learning Director for Europe to co‑lead its Learning and Innovation strategy across schools (excluding Iberia). Working remotely, you will partner with the existing director, each overseeing a portfolio of schools based on expertise and location.

Key responsibilities

• Model a learning‑first mindset and champion the ISP Learning First Framework.
• Support senior school leaders to understand and apply ISP’s quality‑embedding tools.
• Drive the implementation of the Learning and Innovation Strategy to raise academic achievement.
• Collaborate with regional colleagues, the Central Learning Team, and school staff to share best practices.
• Travel extensively across Europe to provide on‑site guidance and professional development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior educational leadership or learning development.
• Strong commitment to student‑centred learning and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently, remotely, and across diverse cultural contexts.
• Willingness to travel frequently throughout Europe.
