Replenishment Colleague

About the role

B&M Retail is looking for part‑time Replenishment Colleagues to join the evening team at our Birmingham Road store in Stratford. The role involves 16 hours per week, typically covering a 12 pm‑4 pm shift, and focuses on maintaining stock levels and warehouse standards for a high‑traffic retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the evening replenishment team in receiving and organising stock.
• Maintain accurate fill levels and stock control throughout the store.
• Ensure the warehouse and shop floor meet B&M’s visual and safety standards.
• Support the team in delivering a tidy and well‑stocked environment for customers.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic team player with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑energy retail setting.
• Strong commitment to completing tasks and supporting colleagues.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not essential.
