Stock and Systems Super User

About the role

You will join GXO’s new Wellingborough site as a Stock and Systems Super User, ensuring inventory accuracy and system integrity in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. You will be the go‑to person for colleagues when stock or system queries arise, supporting smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the integrity and accuracy of stock data within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Reconcile physical stock against system records, perform cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Produce, review and analyse daily, weekly and monthly stock and systems reports, highlighting trends and risks.
• Provide first‑line support as a Stock & Systems Super User, troubleshooting system issues and escalating operational risks.

Required profile

• Experience in stock, systems or warehouse administration with strong WMS knowledge.
• Excellent numerical, analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, in a fast‑paced operational setting.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, flexible and able to communicate effectively while working at pace.
