Residential Architect – London

About the role

We are partnering with a design‑led architecture studio to hire a Residential Architect for their growing London team. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality residential projects, from bespoke homes to multi‑unit developments, bridging design intent and construction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate design packages across RIBA Stages 4‑6.
• Attend site regularly, manage contractor queries and review progress.
• Produce and review technical drawings and construction information.
• Coordinate consultants to ensure aligned, buildable information.
• Monitor on‑site quality and support project delivery through completion.

Required profile

• ARB‑registered Architect with RIBA Chartered Membership or equivalent.
• Proven experience on UK residential projects at the delivery stage.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience working through RIBA stages 0‑6.
• Confident on‑site communicator with subcontractors, capable of resolving issues.
