About the role
We are partnering with a leading South East law firm to recruit a Residential Property Lawyer to join its respected Real Estate team in Brighton. The position offers hybrid working and the chance to develop a career in residential conveyancing.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a residential conveyancing caseload under supervision.
- Handle property purchases and disposals.
- Work within the growing retirement living sector.
- Deliver outstanding client care and build strong client relationships.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years’ post‑qualification experience or equivalent residential property experience.
- Strong conveyancing and client management skills.
- Excellent organisation, communication and drafting abilities.
- A collaborative and proactive approach.
