Join Tim Hortons as a Shift / Floor Manager and support the Restaurant Manager in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will lead an energetic team, keep operations running smoothly, and help drive performance across every shift.

Key responsibilities

• Support and inspire the team to deliver world‑class service.
• Ensure smooth operation from the lobby to the back‑of‑house.
• Drive performance, quality, and customer satisfaction on each shift.
• Manage stock, staff schedules, training and other operational tasks.

Required profile

• Previous restaurant management experience (or strong assistant ready to step up).
• Hands‑on, can‑do attitude with a love for food and people.
• Calm under pressure and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
