About the role

Join the Housekeeping Team at Kimpton Fitzroy London, an iconic 19th‑century hotel offering a blend of historic charm and contemporary luxury. As a Room Attendant you will deliver exceptional guest experiences by ensuring each room is spotless, well‑stocked, and inviting.

Key responsibilities

• Change towels, make beds, and clean bathrooms to the highest standards.
• Restock rooms with amenities and ensure all supplies are replenished.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms throughout your shift.
• Address guest queries and concerns promptly and courteously.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with the wider hotel team.

Required profile

• Well‑organized, energetic, and polite with a pleasant personality.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Previous experience in hotel cleaning, room attendant, or public‑area cleaning.
• Willingness to learn new procedures and contribute to a team‑oriented environment.
