About the role
As a Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for guests at DoubleTree by Hilton London – Tower of London. You will deliver a warm welcome, manage check‑in and check‑out processes and ensure a seamless stay for every visitor. The role is part of the Front Office team and works across a flexible shift pattern.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests courteously and handle all front desk interactions.
- Perform check‑in and check‑out procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Provide information on room categories, hotel facilities and local attractions.
- Manage reservations, cancellations and guest inquiries using the hotel’s front‑desk system.
- Handle telephone calls, email requests and coordinate with other departments to resolve guest issues.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Required profile
- Friendly, positive attitude with a passion for hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts between 6:00 am and 11:00 pm.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
