About the role
Adelaide is seeking a London‑based Sales Director to lead its expansion into the French AdTech market. Reporting to the Commercial Director, EMEA, you will be the first dedicated employee for France, shaping strategy, building relationships with senior agency staff, and driving new‑business revenue across major agency hold‑cos.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a go‑to‑market strategy for the French advertising ecosystem.
- Identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities with leading agency hold‑cos.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior agency decision‑makers.
- Collaborate with the London team to tailor Adelaide’s attention‑measurement solution to French clients.
- Travel regularly to client offices across France to present solutions and negotiate contracts.
- Report pipeline progress and revenue forecasts to the Commercial Director, EMEA.
Required profile
- 5+ years of sales experience within the AdTech or programmatic advertising market.
- Proven track record of generating new‑business revenue with agency hold‑cos.
- Strong understanding of the French advertising landscape and agency structures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English; French language proficiency is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently between London and France.
