Customer Success Team Leader

About the role

CV-Library is seeking a client‑centric Customer Success Team Leader to manage a portfolio of SME accounts and lead a team of Customer Success Executives. You will ensure clients maximise the value of their job postings while driving account growth and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of SME client accounts, helping them optimise job postings and reach the right candidates.
• Use data‑driven insights to recommend product enhancements and improve client outcomes.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert, building strong relationships and positioning CV‑Library as the preferred job board.
• Support sales teams in growing and retaining accounts.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with key accounts to promote new features and strengthen relationships.
• Handle client queries and issues, taking ownership through resolution.
• Lead, train, and develop a team of Customer Success Executives, ensuring high‑quality client care.
• Monitor and drive team KPIs, conduct 1‑to‑1s, and implement personal development plans.
• Create and deliver training programs to address skill gaps.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years’ experience in a team‑leader role within a customer‑service environment.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate a team.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a commercial focus to identify value‑adding opportunities.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
