Sales Negotiator / Estate Agent

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Negotiator / Estate Agent to join a well‑established property company that provides estate agency, letting, legal and mortgage services. You will manage residential property sales from instruction through to completion while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Market and list residential properties.
• Manage vendor relationships throughout the sales process.
• Negotiate offers and agree sales terms.
• Handle sales progression and related administration.
• Conduct accompanied property viewings.
• Maintain compliance with company procedures and industry regulations.
• Build strong relationships with buyers and sellers.
• Promote additional company services where appropriate.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent, Property Sales Consultant, Senior Sales Negotiator or similar role.
• Ideally at least 2 years in an estate agency environment.
• Strong negotiation and customer service abilities.
• Confident, professional communication skills.
• Ability to manage workload effectively and stay organised.
• Good administrative and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Full UK driving licence.
