Scaffolding Expert – Onsite in Aldershot

About the role

Band of Brothers Scaffolding is seeking a skilled Scaffolding Expert to join our Aldershot site team. You will be responsible for delivering safe, high‑quality scaffolding solutions across a range of residential, commercial and industrial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, dismantle and maintain scaffolding structures in accordance with project specifications.
• Ensure all work complies with current health and safety regulations and company standards.
• Collaborate closely with other trades and the site team to meet project timelines.
• Inspect scaffolding daily to identify and rectify any safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of scaffolding components and usage.

Required profile

• Proven experience in scaffolding installation, maintenance and dismantling.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety protocols and compliance.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly on site.
• Relevant certifications such as CISRS or equivalent.
• Physical fitness for working at heights and handling equipment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Driving licence for relevant transport vehicles is an advantage.
