Senior BIM Consultant – UK Wide

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior BIM Consultant to support its growing portfolio of complex, technical projects across the UK. You will lead the BIM process at organisational, programme and project levels, driving client adoption, strategic setup and execution planning.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with senior stakeholders and third‑party suppliers to promote adoption of the Common Data Environment (CDE) and align with enterprise architecture.
• Lead the configuration and implementation of CDEs in line with client requirements and ISO 19650 standards, including folder structures, metadata, workflows and access control.
• Establish robust change‑control and governance processes for CDE configuration.
• Produce Information Standards that define information‑management and CDE requirements for projects or programmes.
• Develop and deliver programme‑wide reporting and analytics on CDE usage, ensuring data accuracy, completeness and performance.
• Oversee day‑to‑day CDE operation, identifying continuous‑improvement opportunities and enhancing CDE capability.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a BIM consultant or manager on large, multi‑disciplinary projects.
• Strong understanding of ISO 19650 standards and CDE best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder‑engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to lead BIM strategy, execution planning and compliance checking.
