About the role
The Seller Activation & Growth Manager will guide new TikTok Shop merchants in the UK from onboarding through their first significant sales milestone. Working within the Merchant Acquisition and Incubation (MAI) team, you will act as the primary point of contact for high-potential sellers, helping them become operationally ready and driving early-stage growth.
Key responsibilities
- Own high-potential sellers from onboarding to achieving approximately £4.5K GMV, serving as the main contact during incubation.
- Assist sellers with operational readiness, policy compliance, and execution fundamentals to unblock early growth.
- Design and deliver scalable incubation programmes such as webinars, educational content, and mass-activation events.
- Segment early-stage sellers by profile and readiness, applying targeted incubation treatments.
- Monitor seller progress, activation metrics, and prepare hand-overs to Account Strategists.
- Collaborate with Account Strategists, acquisition teams, BPOs and cross-functional partners to ensure smooth seller journeys.
- Translate early-stage insights into repeatable playbooks, SOPs and programme improvements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- At least 1 year of experience in data analytics, business intelligence or strategic operations, preferably in e-commerce or high-growth tech.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with solid business acumen.
- Excellent communication skills, able to turn data into clear narratives for stakeholders.
- Preferred: over 2 years of combined project management and sales/account-management experience.

What we offer
