Senior Business Systems Analyst

About the role

Own and optimise Salesforce and key business systems across Sales, Marketing, Support and Finance. Partner with stakeholders to improve operational processes, deliver scalable solutions and drive AI‑powered automation. Work in a fast‑paced scale‑up where you can influence strategy and solve real business problems.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimise Salesforce and related business systems across multiple departments.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve processes and deliver scalable system solutions.
• Drive automation and AI‑powered efficiencies using Salesforce’s latest AI capabilities.
• Influence strategy and solve real business problems in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on Salesforce Sales Cloud administration, configuration and automation experience.
• Experience identifying AI and automation opportunities to streamline processes.
• Ability to gather requirements, map processes and translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with integration management and cross‑functional collaboration experience.
