About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated pharmacist to join the pharmacy team at Lorn & Islands Hospital. The role focuses on delivering safe, patient‑centred pharmaceutical care across a range of clinical areas.
Key responsibilities
- Provide clinical pharmacy services to surgical, medical, HDU and, where possible, oncology & haematology patients.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to optimise medication use.
- Lead and contribute to improvement projects aimed at cost‑effective and safe use of medicines.
- Support the development of junior staff and promote best practice in pharmacy.
Required profile
- At least 5 years of relevant clinical pharmacy experience.
- Post‑graduate qualification (Clinical Diploma, Masters level or equivalent).
- Independent prescribing qualification.
- Strong communication and time‑management abilities.
