About the role
Join Invesco’s EMEA Compliance Monitoring team as a Senior Compliance Executive, based in Henley, Oxfordshire. You will help safeguard the integrity of the business by leading risk‑based monitoring across the EMEA region and ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead thematic and continuous monitoring reviews across EMEA, including international offices and third‑party providers.
- Manage the full review lifecycle – planning, fieldwork, stakeholder engagement, reporting and action tracking.
- Support ongoing monitoring and trade surveillance activities in collaboration with global centres of excellence.
- Provide compliance input to strategic projects and change initiatives.
- Produce management reporting for the Chief Compliance Officer and senior stakeholders.
- Partner with Compliance Advisory teams to translate findings into actionable guidance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and high‑quality delivery.
Required profile
- Proven experience in compliance monitoring, audit, consulting or a regulatory role within asset management.
- Strong knowledge of EMEA regulatory frameworks such as FCA, CBI, CSSF, BaFin and AMF.
- Ability to lead complex, cross‑regional reviews with confidence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and influencing skills.
- Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Effective prioritisation and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Collaborative, team‑oriented approach.
- Degree in Business, Finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
