Senior Consultant - Procurement & Operations

About the role

We are a leading consultancy seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Procurement & Operations practice in London. The role blends strategic advisory work with hands‑on implementation, allowing you to shape procurement transformation programmes from inception to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Support strategic sourcing and procurement transformation engagements for large‑scale clients.
• Conduct spend analysis, assess sourcing opportunities, and develop operating model recommendations.
• Lead dedicated workstreams and collaborate closely with senior client stakeholders.
• Deliver measurable value through implementation of sourcing strategies and process improvements.

Required profile

• Approximately 5+ years of consulting experience focused on procurement, strategic sourcing, or related operations work.
• Proven exposure to procurement transformation projects and strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to take ownership within small, high‑performing teams.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
